AMORGE and SIAECOSYS Products

  • These items are either custom-built or subject to stock availability. As such, processing times for these products may take up to 10 business days before they are dispatched. In rare cases, this period could extend to 14 business days due to manufacturing delays or supplier stock replenishment.

Shipping Times and Delivery

Shipping times and costs are calculated during the checkout process. Please refer to the delivery setup on the product checkout page for the most accurate shipping details, including delivery times after dispatch. These timelines may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS (if applicable). You can use this number to track your package on the courier’s website.
  • Sea Shipping Note: If you select sea shipping, please note that tracking updates may not be available while the package is in transit at sea. Tracking will resume once the package reaches the destination port or enters the land shipping network.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders for custom or made-to-order items (e.g., AMORGE batteries, SIAECOSYS controllers) cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Orders for in-stock items can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated shipping times, certain factors may cause delays, including:

  • High order volumes during peak seasons.
  • Unexpected manufacturing delays for custom or made-to-order items.
  • Shipping carrier disruptions due to weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and keep you updated on your order status.


Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Lost Packages: If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, please email us at info@sreskate.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage and the packaging.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately for resolution.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country’s regulations. As our Amorge Batteries and Siaecosys products are shipped via DDP, all charges are covered for them.
  • Customs processes may or may not affect your shipment's delivery time. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees or delays.
