Double kingpin trucks provide enhanced carving capabilities. These trucks are crafted from high-quality aluminium using gravity casting technology and undergo heat treatment for added strength.
Gravity casting technology allows the aluminum liquid to naturally flow into the truck mold due to its weight, eliminating any air inside the mold. Following demolding, heat treatment can be applied, resulting in an aluminum hardness of approximately HRB65, capable of supporting over 150kg weight.
